13 Hours of Nutrition Coaching
One 2-hour intake session where we go over your health history and goals and then eleven 1-hour sessions focusing on your progress and addressing issues. These sessions are over phone, FaceTime, Skype or Zoom.
You will receive a blueprint of baby steps with a plan for taking action, after the first session.
Including: Weekly sessions, a 40-day whole foods nutrition cleanse, individualized meal plan and recipe guide, supplement recommendations, identifying and eliminating problem foods, and holistic lifestyle habit building blueprint.
